We have recently added a "NEW SERVICE" to our business!

We can now offer to Retirement Homes, Nursing Homes and Condominiums...... Bonsai Workshops in the area of Horticultural Therapy!

These workshops focus not only on the basic principles of design and making a Bonsai Tree but also on the therapeutic benefits of raising a Bonsai Tree. Class sizes are designed for a teacher to student ratio of 1 to 5 with the maximum of 10 students per workshop.

Each person will receive one on one assistance in making their own Bonsai Tree and thorough guidance in the maintenance and care of the tree. Learning the Art of Making a Bonsai Tree is very rewarding artistically and emotionally and the participant experiences the joy of being a part of the creative process. Then as the tree continues to grow, each person learns the nurturing aspect of Bonsai training and is blessed through this daily process!

A follow-up Mini Workshop is also included (in the Workshop price) that will take place one month after the initial workshop and will cover further care and maintenance instruction.

We also offer our regular classes in Bonsai culture for the beginner and intermediate student that take place here in our Studio and in our Japanese Garden

Classes include all Pre-Bonsai materials, pot, wire, soils and accessories needed

and approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours of instruction with hands on coaching. When you complete your class, you are on your way to becoming a Bonsai Artist!

Class fees are as follows:

Beginner's: $60.00

Intermediate: $120.00

Also we offer classes to High School and College students in Horticultural Science programs. Please contact us for scheduling and pricing. Thank you!

We also offer Repotting, Wiring and Trimming Services! So, bring in your Bonsai for a "Make Over"!

Local Bonsai Studio & Japanese Garden:

If you live in the New England area and have chosen one of our trees from our Website, you have the option of contacting us directly and picking up the tree at our Studio. This option allows you to purchase your tree and avoid the shipping, handling and insurance charges. We will then send you an e-mail and you can make your payment through our PayPal Account. Trees will not be reserved unless they are paid for in full prior to pick up. Please know that between the time you contact us indicating that you would like a particular tree and the time until your payment is processed on our PayPal Account, there may be another customer who makes a direct purchase through the Website. In the unlikely event that something like this happens, we can if you so desire, create for you a similiarly designed Bonsai. We will contact you first to learn of your preference.
